Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from delivery and 30 days for defective items.
Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) or wrong, a different product(s) exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days inside Cairo, and 4-7 working days outside Cairo.
In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.
Refunds
Orders are refundable within 14 days from issuing the receipt.
Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.
In case of receiving a wrong product or a defective product, the full amount will be refunded without any shipping fees.
In case of a refund due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted from the product price value.
